Due to security reasons, all our guests need to provide a valid ID upon check-in. Personal information will be saved for maximum 3 months and thereafter deleted.
Our hotel have a fully licensed restaurant and therefore, own beverage & food may only be consumed in the guest room.
Smoking is not allowed at the hotel. If breached we charge a fee of 3000 SEK.
Your dog is welcome in our dog friendly rooms and in designated areas. We charge a fee of 2500 SEK if dogs are staying where it is not permitted. Dog friendly rooms can only be booked in advance with our front desk.
The rooms are only for guests they are booked for.
After 10pm (22:00) on Sunday to Thursday and 11pm (23:00) on Friday and Saturday it should be quiet in the rooms and corridors, given all guests.
The hotel have the right to require the booker or the guest compensation for destroyed furniture, and compensation for abnormal cleaning costs and cleanup.
If the hotel has special costs in connection with your reservation, you most compensate it.
The hotel reserves the right to reject the guests of the hotel that is a disturbance, or do not follow the rules that apply for the stay.
Guests who have been rejected have no right to compensation or reimbursement.
All our public areas are monitored by cameras due to security.
